Been here for 5 years in Data Analysis and things don't look too good. Any bets on which Job Family is going to get nuked next?

They are doing forced ranking so they immediately will have to fire the bottom 15% of employees. Management has to identify those to be fired or get fired themselves.
What makes you think things don't look good? I doubt next layoffs (if any do happen) will be an entire job family. Rather select parts of business that aren't contributing to bottom line.
