I have not gotten mine yet…

My boss and several of my team mates have WF personal banking accounts. How is it they received their paycheck with bonus BEFORE payday this time? I had to wait until the morning of the scheduled payday to finally receive mine.
"Are you a bunch of broke d!ck fvcks living paycheck to paycheck floating bills that hinge on those 24-48 hr early deposits?"
Nope, but we have customers that might.
You have not gotten grammar
To the snide comment about being broke, keeping large sums of your money in a non interest bearing checking account during high inflation is not very smart
Not with Wells - Wells is going to get jammed up with the deceptive advertising around Early Pay Day. How about we come out from the asset cap first before we try to come up with cute services that randomly work or don’t work. Concededly worrying about early payday with a bonus is a good problem to have - but the banking services should still be reliable.
Do you all really care this much? Are you a bunch of broke d!ck fvcks living paycheck to paycheck floating bills that hinge on those 24-48 hr early deposits? Asking for a friend
here is the small print from the mobile app:
Early availability of direct deposits is not guaranteed and may vary from deposit to deposit. Whether we make funds available early depends on when we receive the payor's payment instructions, any limitations we set on the amount of early availability, and standard fraud prevention screening.
Ha ha...no worries here. I work here - but DO NOT bank with Wells Fargo. Never put all my eggs in one basket!!! I'll be fine with the early Friday morning payday deposit as always.-
"Over 10k is Friday bank rules."
Interesting. Is that in the FAQs, available to customers, or is that just a bank/banking rule that's opaque?
Over 10k is Friday bank rules.
"All deposits are made two days prior now."
That may be the intent, but clearly from this very thread that is not the case.
All deposits are made two days prior now.
Still haven’t gotten mine this morning and since early payday started I received mine every Wednesday evening about 6pm
Wells has set its own customers up for failure. Whether customers should depend on early deposit or not is something worth discussing, but let's be honest -- some will begin expecting it and spend accordingly.
Still don’t have mine. Glad I didn’t rely on WF making these early deposits and schedule a payment for today. I would have been overdrawn.
Mine was deposited in my bank account overnight, funds are available.
Same. Have gotten it several times now on Wed night. But, not this week. Still nothing Thu morning. I actually just was joking with a coworker on Monday that WF probably will suppress bonus payouts until the last possible minute. No early weekend for employees! I guess my trip to Foxwoods casino will have to wait and I will just go into the office!
Still nothing this morning.
nope, been getting it pretty consistently on Wednesdays but not worried. I know it will be there tomorrow. my guess is they have guard rails in place for larger amounts. it's one thing when you know someone has a consisten amoint coming in but when that amount jumps by 5 or 10 fold you want to he cautious.
Chill good people
Only a partial payment
Yep
Nope, nothing.
Same. They did not pay me yet (it’s 9pm now) when they have been paying me in my WF account every Wednesday by like 5 or 6pm since they rolled it out.
Yep - got mine today
I got mine this evening. Wells Fargo bank accxount
Nope. It’s kind of annoying. Get paid 2 days early. Sometimes. Maybe. Don’t plan on it. So not really any benefit.
Maybe they put a preemptive deposit hold the payroll.
No. In the past though I have gotten my paycheck on We, but not this time for some reason.
