Reporting is now weekly. The department head receives an excel listing each individual who is not remote and did not come into the office for at least 3 days. It lists "Days in Office" , "PTO for Period" , "Holidays for Period" , and "Total Days" which sums days in office, PTO, and holidays for the week. It appears that badge swipes are the tracking mechanism as a few hours in office is being recorded as a day. The manager must then list comments justifying why the 3 days were not met.

I’m sure once managers provide comments, there is an entire team who compiles the comments into a word cloud in PowerPoint that the executives can understand.
Excel - what a great way of distributing reports
Totally like Wells Fargo to task their managers with charting worthless minutia rather than focusing on team- building, problem-solving, planning and innovation.
Got this same report from my mgr on Jan 17th for the prior 2 weeks. I had been sick with a flu/cold since new years and decided it was best I worked from home.
Then my mgr sent me those exact columns from some report and asked why I had been out of office. Told them I was sick and she literally told me she doesn't care or agree with this RTO cr-p. She replied back to whoever sent the report with the explanation I was sick. End of story for now..
I’ve heard they use ip address. Is this a rumor? A lot of my coworkers come in for an hour only. Do they compare pulse login too?
