Panic, knee jerk reaction, oops can’t do that due to risks not thought out, reverse course or just forget the topic, freeze and make no decision because we don’t really know the impacts. This is the course I have witnessed repeated fir the last 3 years. We need new leaders before this company is out of business.

The only way Scharf & Co know how to make money is to enforce RTO for attrition without having to pay severance.

1-2 years ago, he was going to sell-off credit card, but due to customer backlash, didn't. He publically stated he wants WF to be an investment house, so anything that is not that is up for sale anytime.

I believe this will happen because:

The only way Scharf & Co knows to make money is to sell off profitable businesses and assets.
The only way Scharf & Co knows to reduce regulatory issues is to sell off profitable businesses and assets.
The only way Scharf & Co knows to reduce operating expenses is to sell off profitable businesses and assets.
