Now that Merit raise time is behind us. Are we going to get the 5 percent and/or rsr’s? Does anyone have insight on this? I was thinking with all of the talk of people leaving after getting their bonus that this may be the companies response to keep people?

Who got their merit raise already? Mum from my manager so far.
5% merit and 80% bonus is probably the same as 2% merit and 95+% bonus. It's all a smoke screen.
This is a hoax. Not happening.
I got 5.1% increase . 80% of target bonus
Anyone remember that game ‘Ask Zandar’?
Gets crystal ball out
“Highly unlikely”
They are not giving us anything additional. Their messages by action are loud and clear.
2% merit I received is absolutely ridiculous. There’s no transparency any longer in how you achieve higher levels of compensation when applying for roles, promoting, or for merit. There’s no “one wf” any longer, just one big mess of dysfunctional groups that feel like completely different companies in themselves, they are so wildly different in how things “work”. Silos, so many.
The small merit received hardly covers the higher medical insurance costs this year, let alone exorbitant living expenses to be breathing human, or raising tiny ones. We are just numbers and not people.
They could at least be honest with us about things we used to get transparency into, but they refuse to call things for what they are and make up BS. It’s pathetic.
This is not a company I’d recommend to anyone to work for and I don’t see that changing, ever. The turn and churn of ppl in and out their doors and constant switch and bait to I&P, will only accelerate the inevitable for WF.
mostly just talk bit some got equity adjustments when a comparison was done of their salary to their peers and they realize some people were getting hosed because they failed to advocate for themselves for many years. if you get a job offer, negotiate salary
