Grade 12 in NY getting paid $125k

Should I look to move to another company? Is that high or low for my grade?

I feel like compensation will vary significantly even among those within the same "grade" band. I was making ~$140k total as a grade 9 or 10 (can't remember which) when I was at Fiserv. Probably depends a lot on department/BU and role.

Personally yes, however within Fiserv HR watches the range to make sure you are not paid more than others in that range. They get very touchy about it sometimes. You can push them though because ultimately it is what the business wants not up to them.

Didn’t NYC force positions to have pay posted to encourage pay parity among employees?

grade 9 here... I make $125k/yr. Based in NJ.

125 for grade 12 seems horribly, horribly low for the tri-state area.
