Any way district managers will know raise information before the 25th?

should managers be able to see it soon? They just can’t communicate it until the 25th?

your manager will or have submitted what they believe your raise should be. However, that ahs to go up the chain and be approved by the "Powers that be" before they can tell you.. so far the target date for this information is the 25th

Raises and TVC are based on company performance which was just finalized and released last Thursday. The aggregate recommendation for these have to be signed off on by the Compensation Committee in the Board of Directors which is (supposedly)happening this week. Managers will be green-lit to share the information next week and the money will hit in your 3 Feb paycheck.

Nothing can be communicated until the "really important people" sign off on it.

Raises (or lack of) were known a couple of months ago. The thing your manager or district manager doesn't know is how the higher ups have adjusted (if they did) what your manager input.

Of course, but they cannot release that info until a certain date.
