WB led every customer satisfaction survey in banking by a lot for 8 years before WF tripped and fell on the greatest purchase they ever made.
Funny how the Sales Practice and other scandals can mostly be traced to legacy WFC locations/regions versus Wachovia.
Eh the Wachovia people I’ve met are fine. Some better than others. But, Wells should not call itself a peer of Jpm. The long term well fargo legacy talent I’ve seen is average. Not bad. Just average. Many think they’re on par with the peers and they are definitely not.
Their mortgages were bad and title insurance they used was worthless.

You realize that that this bank holiday came about because they reduced your PTO by 8 hours, do they could "give" you a holiday.
That and Wells got an enormous brokerage company compared to what Wells had prior.
