I’ve compared this WF board vs. other banks, this is the worst. No doubt.
Foul mouthed, malicious ill will, poor attitude, mismanaged both company and personnel.

It is because employees are no longer respected. They are nothing to the higher ups and are treated as such. Hence, people are disgusted and unhappy. Treat employees with respect, dignity and honesty and they will in turn return the same.
