Point out some potential ethical issues regarding the treatment of employees.
I believe the poster is asking on how get laid off, not fired; difference being the former gets severance, the latter, which most have suggested on how get fired, does not get severance.
As for getting laid off, volunteer yourself, tell your manager or HR that you want to be laid off on the next round. Other way is to put a less than an Achieved on your perf review and note in there that you are unhappy and would like to be let go. Most of the time, they'll grant your wish. The rest of the times, they won't because you're either a valuable member or they just want to see you suffer by letting you stay.
You can control your own destiny if you just find another job. Why do you need to wait for Wells to decide for you if it's so bad?
“ You can do like me…” person, if you behave this way, it speaks volumes about who you are as a human being. It doesn’t make you talented or irreverent, it illustrates that you are what’s wrong with this world. I think you might feel you’re better at your job than you really are. Hubris doesn’t make you skilled or talented. You may have a bad manager, but I seriously doubt your self-proclaimed talent.
Take a leak on a fellow passenger? Oh wait, that's how to get fired...my bad.
You sound fun to be around.
Tell them to place you on the layoff list. Simple as that.
You can do like me, I told my manager to fu-k off one day. Told her she was a d-mb CU-T. I got put on FW then I left bc I already had another job lined up.
