Pulse was never about hearing what people think. It's a checkbox. And it's non-anonymous, so people of course rarely tell the truth, anyway.
Look, it's a personal link. The link identifies you. You didn't think this was anonymous, did you? You're not that naive, right?
Everything from no opinion to 'eh' is considered a positive response. It's a hoax.

The Pulse has been laughable since it first came out. You can submit constructive comments to them until the cows come home but the company will just continue to do what it wants to. Which is - downsize the workforce, contract out the workforce, outsource the workforce, and increase the pay of the CEO and C suite executives.
Because they don’t want to broadcast the drop in participation or the negativity of many employees…it’s an inconvenient truth
