@10f It’s a fair comparison. Every company goes through layoffs, but some handle them with integrity and respect, while others experience more drama or protect certain groups. That’s what makes the comparison meaningful, and why so many voices here on blue side.

It's a bad comparison. The Fortune 500 company I work for has layoffs but zero posts on this site.

PEP literally has more than 10 times the number of employees, because they don’t have the food business we have and they use other companies (bottlers) for field operations. Of course, they would not have as much activity on here. That means nothing. The grass is not greener on the other side of the fence….
