Now, I know this is all speculative but I wanted to see what people think if a layoff is coming. If yes, how big is it - 10%, 15%, 20%. I've heard different things in the office, people are freaked out and talking but it's all just rumors so far. Also, which groups will be affected and locations. Good luck all.

Where did you see finance updated q4 w severance? Was that in q3 announcement?

My thoughts are laying off people would be counterproductive to getting people in the office.
Not a rumor - there are definitely layoffs. Finance has the list of severance dollars for Q4 estimated by HR.

You're asking yourself the wrong question. You should be asking - how many years in a row would they reduce the workforce
