hello everyone, any news on the premier banker settlement? How much will the higher end payout be? Also, what kind of pressure are you guys getting for production in the branch’s now?

@a8 it is very unfortunate that we do not all play by the same set of rules!
Crazy. I’m not seeing this at all where I am. They definitely find ways to micro manage activities like financial reviews and goal updates but I swear they don’t even care about business outcomes like RIA or loan volume. I could be wrong though. Literally no one from management has ever asked to have a collaborative conversation with me on how I can improve my RIA.
@a5 i have heard about the 3 million minimum. Depending on the market that sounds pretty lofty. Anyone else heard about this?
For the settlement I would say the higher end payout will be closer to 11k that’s just my guess
Wow.. it’s completely toxic where I am. Threatening if you do not get 3 million in ria per quarter that you will be written up and fired
No pressure whatsoever. It’s just pure fun and we’re doing what’s right for customers. Great products to sell now too. And the comp plan is incredible. Current culture is night and day compared to ten years ago. Honestly CC is doing an awesome job running it in my opinions.
