A lot more than grab a phone from inventory, walk it to the customer, scan it, and ask if they want a case.
But what do I know, maybe retail involves more skill from the times when I last was in the mix? Skys the limit for you all. Who needs operations, business, credit, managers trainers or network when we have you all on the front line taking such good care or our customers
What do those people even do?
Your sentiment that one of the only departments verizon needs to keep to be profitable is the retail stores, which ended the quarter negative YoY and down in net adds, is wildly ignorant. While I will keep the rest of my thoughts to myself I do wonder why they didn’t think to consult with you on who should be laid off or not? Good Heavens, sounds like you’re vastly underpaid for your expertise in running billion dollar companies, you should think of consulting.
They should divest best buy kiosks to indirect. these people are making money hand over fist, there is absolutely no way the revenue they bring in is justified in the hyper inflated commission checks they are making.
retail operations analysts also another thing to add to OPs list. Like why are they reading out and holding people accountable for metrics and reporting.
This was the post I was looking for! Couldn’t agree more!!!
What in the self Identifying tarnation gave you that idea
I can tell from reading this thread you’re a store sales rep
There's a lot of those people in retail too. Dms and directors are useless.
