Agreed. All Verizon, ATT, Wells Fargo, Edward Jones, Ally, Intel. What do they have in common? Jobs aren't needed unless on the frontline.

@OP well, that is how what some people call “news” is disseminated these days. A rumor or conspiracy is put into play by one person/troll/bot and then it is picked up as cheap content and amplified to the masses. And then that is then repeated and so forth and so on … and then the next thing you know …. there is a new ballroom.

@ac this is my sentiment, some people have already been told not to worry about losing their jobs. I will say the biggest change needs to come from customer support. They are trash.

The problem is that it is true. Next week most of the names will be put against the required numbers. Some will be 20-30% and other groups will be as high as 50%.
