When BME was announced, Rich was dead clear in sharing "everyone's going to be part of this model"

Since he didn't see eye to eye with Bob, he's on his way out the door now.

With the retiring of "squads, scrum masters, chapters", we will definitely see some BS made up titles with same responsibilities.

Why does Fido want to ruin the holiday season for all?

no firing ? only title changes ? whats point in all these .. same ppl they ll do same process.. get ppl into positions who did real work and send ppl out who couldn’t achieve this !! especially long staying Chapter leaders, group chapter leaders, squad leads, group squad leads in same team for last 5 years . Either move out them to other teams as test to prove their leaders in other teams .

I love the dynamic change…the uncertainty and the politics. Has really helped me grow as a professional and I know I am doing wonderful things for the client. Management has a tough job balancing the client, upper management and staff. Anyone who thinks management seeks to promote themselves or is posturing for promotion probably needs to look at themselves first. I am 100% supportive of my management and I know they have my back. I am in it for the long haul and support my management and company initiatives. I hope you will going me in keeping the company great. It is a wonderful place and all the naysayers can move on. I plan to stay and adapt to the change. Maybe why my career is only going up…big lips baby get on the train.

The absolute last thing on upper management’s mind is the overall mental and physical health of the associates who actually do the work to keep this place moving.

Client facing? All the accountability is on you. Not on leadership who led your group to an environment where you’re forced to do the job of like 4 people due to incompetent forecasting, low staffing and constant workflow changes. They’ll get their new boat while you suffer health issues due to constant motivating by fear tactics and constant stress.

Ever since I joined this company, almost 4 years ago I have been part of ever changing team dynamic, roles, business process changes.

And every godda-n time, its been in 4th quarter.
So much for looking forward to the end of year.

The entire duration has been filled with nothing but stress, anxiety, uncertainty.

How tf can an associate enjoy the time with their loved ones???

Why TF use fear as motivator?

He has to assert dominance in some way to compensate. One request I do ask @Bob please can we change titles and get rid of the “enablement” word, it is the most retarted stupid $hit I’ve ever seen in my life.
