He should to get a full picture of culture os instead of pretending the forced pulse survey helps. People give all high scores on there intentionally to escape the wrath and realization of leaders.

Dan seems like an "All Cattle, No Hat" kind of a guy. I hope he can turn this ship in a better direction. A little TQM, TQL could go a long way. There is a lot of KSA's to get us through this tough spot.
