If 5/5/5 was actually going to be offered, then it would be offered before 2022 ended, perhaps sometime in December. The reason being is that T would be able to avoid the annual expenses that are associated with each employee. Why would T start the year paying those expense when they could avoid them entirely by offering before the year end. That's why we all know this is nothing more than the usual BS we read on this website.

Sad but true. The arrogance of a rube like Randall. That whole SBC attitude, my way, boy or the highway…this is why the once great AT&T is in such a sad state. Truly S_d_mized By Cowboys.

5/5/5 is never going to happen. That rumor has been floating around for 20 years, alternating between it being a mgmt offer and then a craft offer.

most of what gets posted on this site is for clicks only. Non ATT people trying to drive clicks with provocative posts . It works mostly, but is driving people slowly away which is good in my opinion. Very little of value gets posted on this site.

It's not difficult to believe that some AT&T employee is delusional enough to keep repeating the same nonsense about an offer that will never come to fruition! That employee has repeated an early severance offer on numerous threads within this site only to stir emotion to those that are ready and willing to leave at this time or early next year. The offer is just smoke that this imb3c1le keeps blowing because he/she knows that there will be no such offer. Just a rumor spreading loser to the Nth degree!

Wow, that offer can’t come soon enough! I for one am ready to go and this is just the kind of sweetener we’ve been waiting for. Thank you in advance, AT&T.

Craft numbers have been trimmed over the past several years to a point where they are at a minimum. If they take mass numbers of craft then they will have to swing the work over to a 3rd party or consolidate and I'm talking about centers. Now the craft that sit around and do nothing well your days in that job are numbered, at&t will eventually find out about you.

If I were in management I would be very worry cause there is no contract to stop them from outsourcing your job.

There will be no offers, no matter how many times you keep posting this ridiculous nonsense.

Wrong! 1st levels will not be informed of craft layoff until 2 days before, usually a Wednesday so it can ruin the employees Thursday, gone Friday & a ruined weekend.
The only ones that know the details are 3rd level managers.

5 years to age, 5 years to service and $5K per year of service is the enhanced offer that will be offered to bargained for employees. But you’re going to have to wait until March.

Who knows. All of the first levels have known since the December 1st of any potential craft layoff numbers that could affect them, but they will net tell say a word until the unions release any surplus info.
