100% the worst company you'll ever work for?
To me, it's not the worst company I have worked for, but it is one of the most Dishonest, Toxic work environment , and Low Moral Cr-p shoot of a company.

Ive had worse jobs.
With Frank gone, things actually look like they could improve, but TBD.
If you like beauracracy, you'll love it. If you dont, you can find a good way to hide and work on what you want to because all the beauracracy will mean that you will stand out in a positive way for the smallest of things (just make sure you dont stand out too much or expect to be rewarded for any creative thinking).
Management is full of rule following sycophants and they arent going to help you grow.
Layoffs are a constant concern so making yourself invaluable is always a good move. Keep some secrets close.
All of this is extremely toxic and not a place somebody SHOULD want to work, but for those of us that have landed here by chance or circumstance, its not the worst, and for now its better than looking for another job.
@a4 Why does anyone think management or board make that much of a difference when they do no real work either way.
nope
I enjoy it but I’m losing faith.
Too many cooks in the kitchen!
Def not the worst I have seen much worse (but it's also dept dependent). But its not a company I would want my kids to work at unless I am truly desperate. The coworkers are alright (typical office politics stuff you really can't escape anywhere) but management is the problem. Many if them need courses on how to manage people and since so many are used to micromanaging and have a lot of insecurities they are finding this new reign like a weird zone.
It’s not the worst, i’ve worked for worse. We got Franked. There’s a little fresh air but ways to go
I see a light but it’s a very long tunnel the previous regime put us in

Can you sense any catalyst for changes with the new management and board members? I am smelling a little fresh air but would be curious how everyone feels about it?
