Hearing some sub-orgs in S&T (specifically Dave’s org) are now requiring their teams to be in 3-4x a week. Can anyone confirm?

@cy What is "DPA"?
Y*gesh told his leadership team this. Seems as if DPA is being tracked as well
"Athina forcing RTO for 3-4 days per week, mandatory.
No exceptions.
Started tracking last week (didn't tell anyone).
Remote roles will have 'no growth'.
You need to get the office 3x this week
I dont care when you get in or leave, just make sure you get there"
Payroll admins (Fito) are full WFH but thst is because they will let the last 16 of us go at some point.
I haven’t seen that email
No big deal. In a way a great win. No need for calls in morning and leave on time and close off for the day. I like this.
Perfect life work balance.
All, pretty sure the AI solution is on deck to replace the “home based” employees.
The functions of planning, scheduling and analytics will be solved through AI.
There’s a reason why green field buildings don’t have individual offices for leaders.
No need.
@ad So you're suffering. Boo hoo. Everyone else should suffer too? You make no sense.
For god sake - show up to work in person. Totally understand the flexibility but the field is in 5-days a week unless an emergency. Anyone complaining on going into the office should be the next to be shown the door.
OMG. Come to work. WTF. The field team does every day to pay your salary in 30 & 100 degree days. Please stop whining. Participation trophy employees. Please axe this thread!
We’ve already had an RTO policy in place since around 2022 - “work that work” but it was much looser as in each team could basically dictate their own teams in-office policy. Interesting to hear what this new RTO is and more importantly if badge swipes will be monitored.
I heard this as well. 3x specifically
