it’s all of our fault for picking up the mistakes, flaws or fundamental errors from the BTC. stop, Stop, Stop before they take all our jobs. If it’s wrong, send it back and ask for the rework. Don’t fix it for them and unless it’s dangerously wrong, go ahead and let the plants feel the pain.

The more you support them, the quicker they will get rid of you. Do not support them and do not correct them. When it goes wrong, let the regulator investigate

Also the BTC employees get very frustrated when they don’t understand.
I have had them basically yelling at me on the phone because they didn’t understand anything.
Start making complaints about them. Many of them are incapable of acting professionally when they frustrated.
