Coaching plans and PIPs seem to be a cornerstone of Brighthouse workplace culture. I'm curious that layoffs.com doesn't feature a dedicated section for the green company. Do employees who've worked there just feel like the company isn't worth the effort?

Saw an article today that said hiring at financial companies was expected to INCREASE in the SHORT TERM to implement AI.
Maybe hiring is increasing at Met, just not in the US of A.
