Schulmann, put your money where your mouth is, and only accept a salary of 1 million dollars a year. Some will call that excessive, but it's far less than the 23 million he will make as is. Until he does that, it's all just fake talk.

@OP he talks about being customer focused until you get down to the trenches and they tell you "no overtime you must leave that customer out of service " then fabricate a lie making it seem like the customer wanted us to come back tomorrow... This happens everyday see how many customers wanted us to come back tomorrow while they were out of service... and then you might start figuring out what's wrong with this place

Imagine a CEO actually saying fuscally responsible. Translation.. prior CEO and Executive Team and Board (all still here) were not.
