I heard the hammer dropped in Pgh office this week, people being sent home, terminated from fiserv and made to work for a temp agency fiserv is such a piece of shi* organization

@cb Not to be a slop janitor or a micro manager either ain't nobody have time for some of the sh-t grown a-s adults do at Fiserv. If there's no lay offs at all based on the work some people create for no reason then there's some managers not doing their job.
@aw We hired some really incompetent people. This isn't communism and I'm not here to pick up dead weight. I have kids to see and work hard. I hope they do lay offs and do them based on merit.
@a1 what rumours? I've been with fd / fs for over a decade, and there have always been layoffs around Thanksgiving.

I've been with this company for 10 years now and have witnessed multiple layoffs. No point in worrying about things that are out of your control. "Expect the best but plan for the worst"
