@f4 if true, the finance SVP and VP should be let go. What kind of strategic plan is increasing headcount just to let people go in less than a year? It’s the definition of leadership failure and poor financial management.
VGS losing 15-20% of positions with notifications on 11/20, off payroll on 12/21. Vivek’s teams that grew by leaps and bounds in the past year to be heavily impacted including several leadership positions. Employee rankings are going on actively as the list is built.
Highly doubtful any team will be untouched
