Anyone in planning or any managers have any insight on if we will be getting raises at the end of the year? And if so, how much? 2%, 3%?

@bd 😂
@fq the yellow sticky salary thing is such a weird cultlike thing.
It will be like BTC pp size.........................below average.
No, but Darren will get a huge raise and he is still underpaid
That is a good question to ask your supervisor.
Be assertive when asking. Let them know you're a valued asset that deserves an uplift.
I'm sure your supervisor will appreciate your honesty and ambition, even in this time of uncertainty.
You betcha! Up to 18 months worth of your current salary depending on years of service.
Effing huge!
Yeah they're going to be huge.
Just search recent posts on the site. 3.5% to 4% budget. Means similar raises as last year (maybe a bit less).
Maybe the layoff notice will come on the yellow sticky instead this year.
No - JW is buying a private jet.
@b4 even at the top they've suppressed salary bands (downstream ) so most if theyve been up there for more than a year will be getting ~1%
Can't wait for the end of year seasonal video from our senior leadership
I’ve been in various supervisor only meetings. Yes; but it’s like every other year to be fair.
So the nominal raise is 3%; but q1s that we know we are going to keep will get 10% and nothing for anybody else.
Was that actually a serious question?
@OP I can’t tell if you’re joking or if you’ve unlocked a new level of denial.
When pig’s fly! Severance estimates were already sc--wed, so no way this company is going to part with any more money. Greedy vultures!
Yes!!
This is funny!!!
Haaa Haaaaaa…..
