I know of 15 people actively looking for other jobs outside Humana , they want out. Unhappy people with current state of affairs.
Offer the severance package again so we can leave.

I agree. Offer it again. This company stinks and gets worse by the second.
You snooze you lose bud
Humana su-ks
@cd Your last sentence was condescending, leaving your audience to believe the problem is with the person, completely disqualifying the fact that the problem is with the company’s leadership being very selective in whom gets assignments that lead to career growth and acceptance versus those employees the leaders have deemed not worthy of fairly giving them a chance to prove their self worth by giving them their fair share of assignments.
And much of this selective leadership decisions are based solely on discriminatory reasons. In some case age based related and in others case it is based on citizenship or even color of skin. And in some cases it is based on whether an employee dares question the way a leader may not be doing things fairly.
Many of these same employees being either let go or forced out have been loyal to Humana for decades. That really should account for a lot more that even what the paltry ERP offers them. And someone should not be forced out just because they are 50+ or not from India.
I think it’s too late. If you didn’t take the offer then your only way out is to either quit or be involved in a RIF. I would just start looking for another job if you’re that miserable and see if you can’t get a job that makes you happy. Best of luck.
The first offer is always the best.
I put in my notice and I'm happy with my decision. Humana hasn't grown and changed with the times. Very antiquated company with antiquated ideas. Just a few more days.
My entire department is ready to walk, everyone is on edge, leadership is unresponsive when asked questions about what's going on. I'm a team lead, I have interview lined up for the rest of the month, I have no loyalty for this company when they treat their employees this way.
