They didn't address the needs of the customer base - who wrote complaining about the product. Instead they got hyper and created d-mb campaigns about a blue freaking balloon- labelling it as success. When the cuts happen I sure hope these incompetent people will be taken out of the company all together and not moved into another MDT department.
Good. Most of the diabetes managers are incompetent to begin with. They use the budget on unnecessary travel for team meetings - spending it on alcohol and lavish dinners. And in the dinners it's plain gossip- no discussion about things that matter - FDA issues, customer complaints. About time diabetes got a kick up the ar-e.
