What's the scoop on salary treatments and promotions for 2026? Are they still on? Which countries will have raises?

It will be blood money much like after the layoffs during covid these raises will come from the backs of those we let go because the company doesn't want the masses running out
kltc fols will get around 20 - 25% from what i heard...not sure with btc folks..
a 4% number is total budget, it does imply that all people and all CL and all salary bands get 4%. For example, since executive salaries represent a third of the total budget but represent only 10% of the workforce, management can give higher percentage raises to executives while holding non-executive increases at a lower level and still meet the $5 total budget guidance. Since people in the bottom 20% get nothing, and people who dropped in ranking get nothing, there is room to give an above inflation raise to someone rising in ranking. Or since there is high inflation india, then higher raises can be givien n india and miniimal raises in HC10 countries.
they would care less on what workers get as long as he can unlock his next bonus.
U.S. was ~5% salary escalation during company plan. It has been adjusted down a percent since then. - Planner
BTC and KLTC will have 25% raise. HC10 folks train those people, provide jobs, share experience but get zero raise and retrenchment eventually.
