If I changed teams in late june, does my performance from my old manager at mid year get factored into my whole review and bonus? I was consistently exceeds at mid year but in new role ever since. Does that count for nothing now?

@ 1xnq+1k6gRoh6 my manager had left and I was not going to work well under the new layout so I ran while I could. It’s complicated without saying much. Didn’t even expect a consistently exceeds rating actually and by that time I was already leaving
Unless you got a big promotion with a decent raise, why would you move when doing that well on a prior team? Starting out on a new team, is an easy way for a manager to give you “meets” at least during that part or the year.
WF is political- you got to stay where the manager likes you if you want your money!
Good luck! Im 2021 I switched roles half the year with an exceeds in every category. Not taken into consideration by new manager who gave me a meets for 2nd half. Worst raise of my 20 year career at WF. 1%!
Good luck with that. I had someone on my team in same boat - they wanted to drop them to meets because new to role half the year. I went to the mat for them not to disappoint them and they did a great job in the role. Their previous manager was ZERO help in providing exceptional feedback I could use but I did eek out an Exceeds for them.
This was two years ago. I don’t think anything would have gotten them the Exceeds in today’s climate. Pushing everyone down a rating is pretty much the first line of feedback my manager gave me this year. Then I had to fight for people who they wanted to make Does Not and Inconsistently Meets. I couldn’t keep them all above water.
If you move before October your new manager does the review but will get feedback from your previous manager
How about ask your manager?
yes it gets factored in and counts.
