People are nervous and watching their backs, so now there’s this constant tension where nobody feels secure enough to plan their future here. It’s a huge mistake, and it’s going to cost this place way more in the long run than anyone at the top realizes.

Looks like "Karma" is hitting 900 people instead.
Karma is a bi--h! The MC/execs involved in this restructuring will eventually get what’s due them - consequences of treating employees badly x 3. You can’t take any riches that you have gained from this to your grave!
They're cutting 900 of you. You make less of an impact than you think.
Remember these ppl live in a different universe. The MC and many senior managers are either protected or even if they lose their jobs their payouts will be huge, on top of the fact they are already financially secure. Their goal is enrich themselves more in the short term. They don’t care about your job, or truly feel your pain.
Executives and shareholders feel safe and secure and that is all that matters.
