Low performers don’t deserve severance. Severance is only for people who actually contributed and have to be let go.
Those rejecting relocation offer will also get severance.
Very true. US labour laws su-k and workers need better protection. You can be pipped out in Europe but burden of proof is higher. Mind you, thrown on the trash heap at 55 is no fun either. The common enemy is greedy powerful abusive people.
