Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Should we talk about Kleber’s CL Townhall rant and how nervous HR looked next to him?

The same scientists you blindly follow (cult) who told you we are cancerous useless monkeys on a spinning ball flying through the black abyss and completely insignificant beings also told you viruses and dinosaurs are real 🤡 🤡

Ha! Thanks for the post, OP. I would not have known about this otherwise. It was worth digging up to see him go on that rant.

It is a script!!! Derek Flowers also talked about too many meetings in his town hall.

So, hot take on Kleber’s rant, he wants us to cut back on useless meetings and gaslit “collaboration”? Did I miss something? Did he vet this through Charlie? It literally sounded like he realizes that there is a lot of time being wasted on work that will never see the light of day. My hot take on that take away was that he was acknowledging that Wells Fargo ultimately doesn’t need us to create useless work and processes for the sake of showing we contributed, when in reality the contribution is pointless and goes nowhere in the end. I might suggest that management take stock and finally just call it a day on over bloated risk groups. I’ll volunteer. Everyone wins that way.🤷🏻
