@t9 C1 doesn’t normally file WARN notices. It must be required due to the merger.
They get away with not doing WARN by giving people 60 days to transition which is exactly the same time frame as a WARN.
If you check Texas for example, there’s nothing filed even with the big Agile nonsense of a few years ago.
Is it dirty? Yes!
Is it deceptive? Yes!
Is it normal business at C1? Yes Absolutely!
I thought there was gonna be layoffs Oct 17? But I didn’t hear anything?
I guess the honeymoon is over. Now nasty Cap1 management style is being implemented like a plumber rodding out the pipes of DFS.
