Has anyone ran into the issue of the rigid RTO and ADA accommodations for a condition where remote work is warranted?

Well, there’s consequences when you have a hybrid or remote role for several years and all of a sudden there’s a strict RTO denoting being onsite now essential….and they are not willing to accommodate those with qualifying disabilities with hybrid work.

All I know is that the Ocotillo site is very much not ADA friendly! There are very few doors that can be operated by a person with limited mobility, or those that require a wheelchair, knee-scooter, or even an upper-body device. Even if it is not required by ADA, there should be significant changes made to allow people with physical limitations to feel comfortable.
ADA is a joke
The systems are already in place yet the RTO has being onsite as an essential part of the job. I think the past few years are evident enough that the strict RTO doesn’t comply with ADA laws.
