Wow, I was shorted more than 4 hours in 4 days. One day it shorted me significantly such that I did not reach 6 hours on the report.

They keep the attendance report wrong to keep you scared and reactive. Making you comfortable is not T’s culture.
Agreed, had the same issue and for prior weeks data changes week to week.
AS others have said, its only used to ferret out those with habitual truancy, like 3hrs in office week after week.. that's it anyone whose average above 5-6hrs its irrelevant. But don't worry theyre cooking up other reports on things like Github usage, CoPilot usage..
Mine has not updated this week so who knows what’s going on with this garbage.
If your boss or leadership says they don't look at it anymore, that doesn't mean HR isn't. Don't forget HR is behind the "who" on the layoffs.
"They don't look at this anymore. Grow up."
F-Off! You can trust the policy makers who have lied to us multiple times. I choose not to trust those A-holes, or people like you.
My AVP absolutely said they still use it but no one on her team has been identified as an "outlier". Keep your own records for when they come calling.
To the “they don’t look at this anymore” crowd, if that is truly the case, shouldn’t the report be removed/no longer produced?
I am sure it exists to allow them to we-ponize the data “cohort” for when they are determining your non-compliance disciplinary action.
Don’t waste your time. They admitted not caring about RTO concerns.
They don't look at this anymore. Grow up.
