This is hilarious..."culture matters"...our leaders are ruh-tarded. Stink will be completely miffed about this one, too. He's currently doing his mental gymnastics to find a way to blame this on the employees and not his leadership. We must not "get it", so we'll be bombarded with more elevator propaganda exalting the culture of our company similar to how they wallpaper every digital sign in the office with b.s. about the AT&T Guarantee being groundbreaking. No one cares id--ts.

Kinda hard to convince employees the culture is good when leadership demanded we all get an experimental vaccine or be terminated (I never did, fu-k them), then said don't even think about coming into the office if you don't get it, then turned around and said get your fu--ing a-s back to the office or you'll be terminated. Awesome culture Stank-Leg!

@a3 I stay because I feel the work I do is important to me personally. Culture is not something that I value, nor do any of the other 140k employees. If they did, T wouldn’t be their choice of employment. However, since we are on the topic, it’s important to leadership and since culture starts at the top of any company, what does that say about leadership. The competition ranks 84 and 400 on the list. It’s obvious something is wrong and there’s nobody taking the necessary steps to change it.

If this is important, why do you stay?

You people are the best at what you do. Can always count on the numbers to reflect your contributions.
