My beef with this collab has nothing to do with Kim nor the product line itself. The revealing thing about this though is who needed it more. A few years ago it would’ve been Nike doing skims a favor.. this instead feels like the opposite and that is what is scary.
This whole SKIMS collab is a clear indication that Nike leadership has no idea what it wants the brand to be or represent. What a mess.

Think about the coordination and effort it took to pull this off. Then, imagine that same coordination and effort being spent on something else. I can’t understand for the life of me how this was approved, especially as the company realigns its focus to sport.
