Not sure if I'm looking at this right since they changed the format, but it looks like several new WARN notices were posted on 9/18 for various properties including 1515....

Don't trust the WARN notice, they just need todo that if they don't want to buy you out of the 45 days if the don't post. So if you see actual WARN, they are being cheap. Which su-ks. But it doesn't mean anything in actual head counts.
Isn’t that just reflecting the June layoffs? I think this happens every time, 3 months later…

@a1 No, because those who opted in are not being laid off, so they wouldn’t be included in the WARN notice.
maybe those are the phase 1 people who opted for the buy-out?
