Received an email about bonuses for next year, item 3 says look in Workday, click on compensation then the plan name will be displayed in the plan assignment section.

1: There is no top level COMPENSATION item in Workday, there is a PAY section, inside that there is a COMPENSATION item and in that is nothing about plan assignment, just an item about one time bonus etc... what a joke this place is..... people trust us with their money?
I have done this a number of times. I see Plan assignments “compensation plans are subject to change. Then i see Plan Type = Salary = compensation plan salary plan. I know based on a change the GRADE 100, 110, 120 is your bonus range. I think 100 is 7-10%, 11 is 10 to 15% and 120 is 15 and above or beyond that is beyond me anyway. So i don’t see what that screen is telling anyone. I am north that dump but i am not seeing anything even about percentages. Just have to know your Grade and Grade profile

The email states “you may find your Plan assignment in Workday, BY ACCESSING YOUR PROFILE. Click on Compensation…..”. Done and done.
Hate on this dumpster fire of an org but try not to make yourself look foolish doing it. Poor baby needs an instructional video on how make three mouse clicks to open workday, click on the avatar location, click profile then click Compensation.
I don't think you can even send cards anymore. I think it now has to go to your manager.
You're right @zos+1k5nWHDs the only thing worse is the new shared success system, total piece of garbage, lame cards, pure garbage, I don't even bother sending them anymore, not worth my time.
Thank you @acx+1k5nWHDs that just shows exactly how messed up this place is, everything is a huge circle jerk of ignoring what they said and having to root around looking for stuff wasting time.... I'd rather just not get the bluddy email to begin with.
Workday is such a piece of sh-t.
It's there, the instructions just aren't written clearly. Click on your picture or initials in the upper right corner, then on View Profile. Compensation (and Pay) should be choices on the left side of the screen. If you click on Compensation you should then see your P{lan Assignments at the bottom of the Compensation section.
All the scandals prove this place is not a bank, but more OZ than reality.
My favorite is all the links on Teamworks and in emails that lead to "you don't have permission to go here" messages. Checking out the links was your ideal pal, not mine. This is why people have stopped listening to the higher-ups.
