@OP
I love and appreciate my HR team. They truly care for employees, create meaningful learning programs, and provide valuable coaching to me and my peers. Their work isn’t easy, but they’ve always done it with excellence. I’ve worked with other HR leaders who haven’t been as strong—mine is great, and I hope he stays. This company will run a person ragged.
@OP From which department do you hide behind? The problem statement begins with hr professionals who hide behind anonymous websites is part of the problem.
So you should resign if you’re this frustrated. And if you get the sack then don’t complain because you’re asking for it
@hx What's happening in HR?
HR is already revolting.
If they get HR involved you can be sure you’re the one who is about to get sc--wed. HR is all about protecting the company and nothing else best to avoid them if at all possible. This is coming from a 30 year employee.
HR is a useless business function, full stop. They are the real estate agents of the corporate world. Overpaid, no skill fluff workers that add no value but everyone has to appease
