Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Pushing us to the limit

Cutting our benefits, setting unrealistic deadlines, expecting us to work for three people and wasting our talents...
How long will this last?
How sustainable is this?
Do we all have to leave before the leadership finally realizes that they are not doing things well?

As someone who left Fiserv and was only there for a year. The Fiserv benefits are some of the worst I have ever experienced. Medical/Dental/Vision and 401, just awful.

@1joi+1k5TLAPk,

Unfortunate the lies spread on the this site such as "cutting our benefits" when the truth is Fiserv is probably the only company in the universe NOT to raise premiums for not one but two years.

I can tell you with certainty that this is not even close to true. On the off chance this wasn't just a propaganda post and you genuinely believe this to be the case, then I feel sorry for you. You need to get out of Fiserv and see what reality looks like.

Fiserv cut all my benefits when I was laid off so...give yourself some perspective.
Many people gave their 3x for years and we were burnt. Now we face a rising tech layoff community with 100 plus applications in 3 months 4 interviews and countless rejections.

You have choices...work 3x, work what you should or join the community but I can tell you it's 10x more stressful with continuous worry.

@1joi+1k5TLAPk is right.

You serfs should be happy to work for such a magnanimous leader as Frank. If it weren’t for him, you would be doing the work of one person, get a decent pay increase and have your insurance premium go up by $50 a month.

Ingrates.

Change your attitude. 40 hours. No more. There’s no penalty for failure. Fear of losing your job is unfounded. Lose it.

A lot of people left last month… they’ll see the effects once the December slow season is over

If you do not leave, the company will force you to leave. And this will occur before they realize that they are not doing things well.
