Questions are moderated in a holding area before they go live. Moderators then choose which ones to put forward for public view and to be asked about. He didn't even hint at it and was using so many buzzwords that mean nothing.
firdaus is only good at buzzword messaging so why are you surprised?
They only let you use Thumbs Up, Heart, clapping, laughing or wow emojis, so everything is censored.

There was only a nervous, half-measure acknowledgement of the ongoing mass layoff. They have a review gate prior to the question being posted, I don't see any questions regarding layoffs or headcount so I'm guessing the topic is being actively censored. Ironic, given their slide on leadership had "transparency" and "trust" as core values in it.
