"Severance will generally be paid in a single lump sum no later than thirty (30) days after the participant’s 7-day revocation period for a signed Separation and Release Agreement has passed without revocation or the participant’s termination date, whichever is later."
I think it says within 30 days of your separation date, but I'd venture to guess that they wouldn't take that long
