Anyone get a date yet for the incentive/bonus payout? I heard an email went out today from HR to those whose role qualifies for one.

I'm told it'll be 2/17.
I got a bonus the last two years, but I don’t see anything about Bonus under my compensation plan in workday. Is this common for everyone?
yeah got the email. It basically says you may be eligible, check the compensation tab in Work day. No dates were given
you must be employed on the day of the payout. don't quit until you see the $$ in your account. It can be pulled back right up until when it is "available" in your balance.
in US bonus is first pay check of Feb. managers have already invited bonus amounts in workday, now in sr leadership's hands to adjust as needed. up until payroll is loaded end of January it is subject to change. he will also send out email reminders as to when to make changes to 401k contributions for those that want more or less/none taken for this check.
@ofp+1k4wRVdT the closest you could time it is the week of payout. IIRC the Tuesday of payout payroll has run and everything is locked down. That would be a no-notice departure though. If you gave notice then they would certainly use the “you must be employed on the date of payout to receive the allotment” clause to retain the bonus so if you were leaving on Thursday but pay day is officially Friday I have no doubt that bonus would be withheld even though electronic payments are deposited typically 1-2 days early.
Is there a date the bonus amount had to enter into the system? I think we can possibly quit even before the payout date.
This will be my third bonus payout since I’ve been here and each time it’s been the third paycheck of the year. So I’d say it’s probably always either that or the first paycheck in February (usually those’ll be the same day unless 1/1-1/3 is a payday).
