I wish they would allow those of us who did take the ERP to leave instead of being stuck in H*ll for months. If it was not for the severance offer, I would walk and not look back.
All the Humana golden children cheerleaders are gonna be singing the blues once they are tossed out on their backsides without much of a severance package. Humana does not have to provide severance folks. Competitors don’t provide generous severance packages. Those over 50 that refused ERP are going to be targeted. Humana has told you that they don’t want you get out while you can.
