AB saw her chance to get out and took it, good for her honestly. If I were helming the sinking ship that is UDAP, I'd dip out too

I really hope VP of ServceFnd Dept with initials BH was one of them.
That dept is a frankstein operation running a frankenstein system for provider settlements if there ever was one. Little confidence in the accuracy of them and every month it seems to be several days filled with hold your breath moments.
And the VP has a history of allowing is directors to push out some of the finest workers. I have heard, and believe it to be fact, that favortism to employees from a certain country seems to be occurring, even if not the best employees, while the best are being shown the door.
Also, other departments find them very difficult to work with. And difficult to get transparent figures.
If I was in c-suite, I would look into replacing this dept with something else.
I think longterm, ServceFnd dept is a busy and a waste in Humana’s resources.
IT has always been the biggest cluster I have ever seen. Someone was lining their pockets with that contract. I hope someone reports how our personal data is sent to other countries. I thought this would stop when the last SVP left but the G-B network just continued to outsource to an inferior staff.
Laura P heads the org that passes your incidents/software issues around like it's a game of hot potato. Her departure is understandable as well
Lot of people running away from Japan
Yeah Dalia P. seems like she saw the writing on the wall with the little that she provides the org other than beautician tips.
Laura P. I dunno much about...but it looks like they got the memo to open their golden parachutes.
