Some areas are not affected at all, some are making money and growing.
No, absolutely not true! Not every org/level is being impacted! This is purely speculation because T is actually hiring, still searching for technicians in areas of the country to back-fill the loss of techs they lost prior to the hiring freeze. Don't expect all technicians to be affected by layoffs. If it does get to them, it might take 3-5 years.
Every organization/level is being impacted except the C-suite.
