I am not familiar of the term EIPP. Can anyone briefly tell what it is? And “humdinger” is positive, right? Thanks.

Yes I overheard two board members talking about it in the elevator at Basking Ridge. I think the phrase used by one of them was "It's a real humdinger!"

This is going to be the one the union didn't want, and why the contract wasn't just renewed over the summer talks. 100,000 bonus, $5 grand for every year worked, with NO cap OR minimum, medical for life, 4 and 4 added to time of under 30 years. They want 70 percent of the current force gone by 2030, and this is phase I.
